I help “Time Poor” busy mothers who care passionately about their children create short “MeTime” breaks in their busy day to care for themselves so they can lovingly nurture their children from a place of love without feeling tired ,irritable or burnt-out.
I am an occupational therapist who uses kinesiology, mindfulness and energy healing to help busy mothers develop time management strategies to calm their mind chatter and overwhelm and treat themselves more kindly. I offer sessions in person at my Kardinya practice and also online via phone or Skype .
